In the years to come energy and its supply will be an increasingly important topic for all of us. If we want to get rid of our nuclear power plants and be less dependent of Saudi oil and Russian gas, we have to find alternatives. Bio natural gas is one of the energy sources that could help us to solve these problems.
Agency Ogilvy assigned postproduction Chamaeleon to create a film that would explain, how this gas is produced and how it can help us. Chamaeleon asked me to work as Animation Director on this project.
Ogilvy wanted the film to be informative, but also playful and visually interesting enough to attract the viewers attention throughout its whole length. Most of the style was already given by another spot that had already been made for “Bio Erdgas” a year before.
